my only complaint,:when you send texts you do not specify the address of storage facility you are contacting me about. I received texts from a few places I contacted for info so when I got follow-up texts from them and you I was not sure who was emailing me. online registration was Quick and easy.

Customer service is good, the processing was quick and easy. Everything was straightforward. Facility is very secure. Based on my research, the rates are very competitive. I recommended this facility to my neighbor who just sold his house and need space to store stuff.

There is some construction going on there now so it is not the best time to judge. The lady running the place was great and she helped me find the right unit for me.
