Cheapest prices by far and really clean and willing to help and loan their equipment when you got there to on load your things

I literally just left another place - because of location, rate raising, and apathetic management. This place is awesome! They have a good location in Lakeland. The rate was the lowest in town for a 5' x 10' unit. The unit was clean. And the manager (who I believe is the owner) is awesome. No rate raising for the first year - and then when it happens just a small percent (3 - 4) increase. He even comped me the last 3 days of the month!!! I don't have anything bad to say about this place. If you need storage in Lakeland, definitely consider them!!!

I rented a storage space at Storage Zone for @2 years. Excellent experience. We later moved from a small apartment to a 3 bedroom house and slowly moved the stuff we had in storage over to the house and ended up not needing the storage space anymore. Now after a couple of years, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m seriously considering renting one again. Time to declutter :) And when I do Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m going back to Storage Zone. Patrick was always very helpful; excellent customer service!

Very nice guy, talked me through the process. Even walked me out to see what I renting, I rented a small space. I will rent from him again, wishing I could bring my stuff from Oklahoma here. I paid for first month, then got 2nd month free. Then I would have owed for 3rd month, I moved into a bigger room. No longer needed this unit.
