I had a problem accessing the unit due to an issue with the passcode not working. Linda stayed on top of it until it got resolved! She & husband are extremely personable & patient!!

The space was easy to reserve. The facilities were clean and a joy to be in on a hot day.

The whole experience has been simply fantastic. There were a couple of hitches with no one at fault the team was quickly on it providing world class service with strong communications via email or actually picking up the phone promptly making for a very smooth experience. Standards have been set without a doubt. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate through. I would highly suggest this for others.

My storage unit and the overall facility are great! Good carts, elevator, roomy halls, and easy acess doors.

Clima-Store met and exceeded my expectations. The pricing was great considering the size of the units and being climate controlled. The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed to talk to them. The facility was always clean, pleasant, well lit, and smelled good. It was easy to get in and out, I had my own personal PIN that I set myself, and there were carts to help with loading/unloading. Overall the best experience I could ask for in a storage facility! 10/10 would recommend.
