Thereâs clearly a reason why this place has so many units available, just sayinâ. Not one customer Iâve spoken to has anything but horrific things to say about the staff Iâm particularly one chic. She was rude from the second I walked in the door to sign the lease and every single time Iâve had to encounter her. We have rough days so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this is just who she is and she runs the place like a prison. Raised rent no notice (30 days required per their contract) then evicted me for getting stuck inside gates and forced to stay in vehicle overnight. Scolded for leaving trash by the janitors closet and for holding the sliding door open while moving stuff in. No dollies or wagons without checking them out at front deskâ¦ which means dealing with her. No thanks Iâd rather continue to break my back! Itâs seriously ridiculous and corporate hasnât responded. FYI

I highly recommend StorQuest in Torrance on Earl St. The facility is clean and well kept. Compared to other places this was the best value. Walter was a pleasure to deal with. He went thru all the details when signing up. Great customer service. 5 stars for customer service.
