I have used Stor It on many occasions for both long term and short term storage. They are always friendly, and the rates are competitive. The hours for storage access could be a little longer in the evenings, and they could use more cart access amongst all the buildings, but over all a great storage facility.

Very simple transaction. They did what they said they would do and my unit was ready and clean. The move in was even more simple. Elevator 15 ft from the door. Fortunately my unit was just a few doors down. Emptied and entire 10 ft van, packed, within one hour. Cart was available as well.
