i found that all the people there are friendly and helpful there and did a great service into placing my items in a careful manner whereas with other place ,well there it is here they took time to help me .that was one of the selling points as well as they held that spot for without a dep,they trusted me I felt confident in them , something you don't see now a days . I have been with Lock-Tite for over five years, and there has only been one small price increase. They are always friendly and professional, are familiar with my details when I call. The location is very safe and convenient.

Great customer service and very clean. Caron answered all my questions. I felt she was truly honest about the storage facility, billing, and security. She also made a courtesy call. Nice to see people still good customer service.
