Public Storage - Carmichael - 7719 Fair Oaks Blvd

I won a unit at auction and when I arrived to pick it up the lady at the counter (Mia) was very nice and professional. She made the whole experience a delight and would recommend this storage location to everyone thanks again Mia you were a lot of help!!!!!

Ended up getting a 10 x 10 cause I missed the reservation for a 5 x 10. Cost more money but it is worth it. Turns out, 10 x 10 is exactly what my things fit in

The online advance sign up was not working the day I went in so we had to do things the old way, on a pad computer in the office. The whole thing took 20 minutes. No upselling and generally just good ol’ customer service.

The lady recognized us as previous clients, unusual theses days. She was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. She had quick answers for our questions. Having to move is hard enough, U-Haul makes the transition much easier. I would recommend this company and location to anyone. - Marilyn
