North Tucson Self Storage met my storage needs very well. I needed a small unit that I would access often, and, because some of the items stored were moisture and temperature sensitive, I needed the indoor, air conditioned environment offered. Even though some of the items stored were valuable to me, I never worried about losing them. They were secure. After the staff got to know me, they even locked my unit for me on several occasions when I forgot to lock up. My unit was near the entrance, making my many visits convenient. If you decide to rent a unit here it might be worth your while to ask about units near the entrance. But the elevator and carts make access to any of the units easy. The security, the climate control and the convenience were important to me, but the service was what made this storage facility special. My needs and requests as a storage customer were met in an effective, but also friendly manner. The atmosphere in the office where customers sign in is welcoming and the jelly beans are great! (but a little addictive). My visits here felt like, well …, visits, instead of chores. And that is saying something for a storage facility.
