The access code that was sent via email did not work. This was 9:00AM, Saturday November 1, and no one was in the office to help. Called the national number and used chat to get a temporary code, that process took about 30 minutes.
Also the online registration did not allow for opting out of the renter’s insurance for vehicles, so ended up paying the $16.00 fee for insurance.
On Monday, November 3, I did get a call back and was told that the original access code was reset and should now work, I have not had a chance to verify that the code actually works.
I also asked about the renter’s insurance fee and was told that would be credited back w/ proof of insurance. That would have been nice to input electronically at time of registration.
