Storage Depot - Fort Payne

When we arrived we couldn't get in the gate with the code we were sent so we called the # that was posted and the man who picked up was incredibly helpful and it was nice knowing that they asked security questions.

I experienced some issues, but all were easily resolved. Most importantly, the unit was clean, I was able to access it when I needed it, a REAL PERSON answered the phone when I needed assistance, the place was secure, and the customer service person I spoke with was SO PATIENT and kind! I would highly recommend the storage area in Fort Payne, Al.

Storage Depot in Ft Payne made everything extremely easy which is nice considering how stressful moving is already, it's nice to have the Storage run smoothly
