I had a small misunderstanding and the Manager, April , called me immediately to render the issue with me. She was amazing and precious to work with. She truly cares about her clients. That shows great character in my book. I am so pleased with the outcome of our conversation. She listened ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the key today. People caring. April made the process so easy even when I realized I needed a larger unit. She immediately found on honored the price since no availability on the others. The property and the unit was very clean. I ended up dropping the cell phone in the Thrift Store bin, I think!!!!! April went above and beyond by contacting the bin number to explain the situation. She is waiting on the Regional Manager from the Thift Store. I pray it is in there!! Attic Plus is very fortunate to have her......she is a DIAMOND!!
