This storage company is the best place to rent storage. The property is taken care of the units are clean and I have never had any Problems with bugs are rodents. The property Manager goes out of her way to take care of everything you need. The security is one of the best I have every seen. The gate operating system recognize your phone and opens when you pull up to the gate. That helps a lot on raining days! I have been renting from them for over 5 years and yes the rates go up every so often but not much. They give you a 30 days notice and if they go up it's not much. I recommend this place to everyone. Just remember they fill up fast so if you need storage or parking call then right. You won't regret it.

I was in a terrible situation, having to move from a great distance without my new place not being ready for occupancy. In a panic, I started at the top after googling storage units and either the owner didn’t have any available or they would not rent short term. One man even told me, “ if I do it for you, then I have to do that for everyone else” while I cried and asked for some compassion and kindness in a stressful situation. Matt came to my rescue, let me rent for a short time and was so incredibly kind and soft spoken. I felt as if the universe was against me that weekend but Matt came to my rescue. I will be referring to everyone I know from now on.
