Great customer service and friendly staff. Was confused on finding my unit initially but customer service was prompt and helped me out.

The location could have used a sign to direct to additional storage in the back that could not be seen from the road. We could not find our unit because it was in the back where we did not know (were not informed) and could not see that there were additional units. All of the inconvenience could have been eliminated with a simple sign. Communication is key, especially when a company is outsourced.
