Southside Storage , is located on Conant Street ( 1340) in Maumee, Ohio. Our facility is lit, fenced, gated, and secure, with full 24 hour camera coverage. Conant is Maumee's main street and we are across from LA Fitness. We offer several unique features. We provide, on request, free use of pallets to promote air circulation in any unit. We have NO Administration FEE for signing, it is FREE. In addition we prorate the cost of the first month's rent to allow more user flexibility. We have ADA parking and free assistance for those with disabilities. We accept packages from FedEx, UPS , USPS for Business clients, on request, at no charge. We offer our services to move equipment for our business clients at competitive rates, in our own trucks and have docks and business spaces available. We have storage spaces as small as 5 by5 for to as large as 20 by 40. We offer both climate and standard units. Our facility is all paved, and we feature drive up to door, on all standard units. We have boxes, dollies, locks, and other accessories on site. We have been in this location for many years. LOOK for the Big Yellow Truck right out front. Office is open 6 days a week, and we are available by phone and fax and email, All deposits are fully refundable upon vacating the unit with notice and cleanout.
