Customer service was very good, the guy was helpful by explaining everything clearly and helping me find my unit.

The security for the gates is good and customer service was great.

Our soace was perfect for what we needed it for. My fiance' and I are storing furniture until we move into a place together. Our unit is clean, secure and well mantained. The first month is free with my triple A membership as well

Planet storage was such an easy move in. We got our first month free, and have a big clean temp controlled unit. The staff was welcoming and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. We aren't storing long but it's great that we have that space.
