Connie is an absolute pleasure to work with! She called when the original reservation was made, and both times I had to change the move in date. Very welcoming and delightful. Even though the systems seemed to be having a glitch at the time we were renting, she was cool, calm, and collected and offered the App to do the check in. After it loaded, we were checked in, in no time. The location is excellent, and it is VERY CLEAN!
