Only paid $39 for the first month and $20 to use the truck. $20 was for insurance; but got 20 miles free and free gas so it offset. I have heat sensitive items in my unit and the temp in the 2nd flloor was fine. Not sure if it was AC or not.

The facility was nice and the staff was friendly..The only issue I ran into was that the "free" truck isn't exactly free and it wasn't available when I needed it..also there's only 1 elevator for all those floors and units..
