I needed a storage unit and visited several places in the area and this storage unit was by far the best. I rented for about 3 months and just wanted to write about what a very positive experience I had.
Customer Service - The owner/employees are extremely friendly and nice. The lady at the front desk even let me look at storage units in a different area of the facility I preferred. On my move out date, I forgot a piece of my furniture and the owner was nice enough to lock it up for safekeeping and pickup in case I came back for it. Seems like a very nice self-owned business by nice people. I went to some other corporate owned places when I was shopping around and got very cold responses and bad customer service so it was definitely a welcome change.
Cleanliness - The units are very clean, during my entire time there I did not see a single bug or anything of the sort (something I was worried about because I had some personal clothing items stored).
Security - I definitely felt my items were safe. You have to use a code to get in, and then another code to get into the main hallway of your storage (unless your storage is outside). Then you need to use the code to get out. And of course your own lock (it seemed you could put up to two locks on it if you wanted). They also had an insurance plan that covered your items in case of anything (theft, bugs, weather, etc). Definitely helped with peace of mind.
Units - I had the 5x10 unit and it was very spacious. I had room to walk around it when getting my stuff. They have high ceilings.
Access - Very good access hours. You could come very early in the morning to late at night if you needed something important from your storage.
