The check in process was easy. The attendant was very nice and helpful.

Moving across country to Tucson, needed a lot of storage. Justin help sort it all out and held the place for a minimum fee so we could be sure to get our stuff in when the moving van arrived at a later date. Very courteous and helpful.

The facility is very well constructed and secure and is kept very clean. The affordable price is another main reason I chose NW Storage. I'm very satisfied with my storage room and my experiences with NW Storage, and I recommend them to others looking for a secure and affordable place to store their items.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He explained the contract and rules completely. I like the fact that he lives on the primus.
