Front desk manager was awesome, efficient and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions as well. Easy to put away my items with all the extra carts and drive up space. Very clean, and organized as well.

This was the best experience I've had in a long time. Tavares was amazing. We rented remotely in Minnesota and our unit was ready when we arrived. Everything was quick and easy. We were even able to leave a key for someone else that will need access at a later date. Very convenient location and very clean. It was raining but we were able to unload in a covered building. We are very happy with everything!

When trying to ask questions, the rep would not let me finish and continued to talk over me. I had to call back at least 10 tens to get my questions answered after i was hung on. Currently paying $187.00 per month for a 10 x 15 unit when a new customer quote online is $118.00 per month. Only answer I received was rates can go up whenever and if so, they will let me know. Still no answer why the $69.00 difference in price.
