I Immediately felt welcomed. I wish I could remember the ladies name. She went above and beyond answering all my questions. I paid 6 months in advance and she was very patient in the process of getting everything squared away. I was nervous because I have had bad experiences with storage units in the past.she quickly set my mind at ease and my anxiety went away. Most important, my service puppy "Zeek" absolutely loved her.
