Sales Road Storage

So far so good, even though we haven't actually been there or seen it yet; this review is mainly just talking about my experience with them on the phone today and signing up for a new storage unit. Both Tyra and Tiara were super helpful. And I can't get over how much better the price is than the one we'll be moving out of tomorrow... Summit Heated Self Storage; it was over double the price for the same size, ridiculous!!

The staff are WONDERFUL and so kind. Our unit had a lock on it on the day of move in and I called the office to get assistance, the woman gave us another unit without that type of lock that we were able to move into right then, same size unit. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them! I absolutely loved working with Sparefoot as well!!

Simple and easy, although it seemed worn down and overall didn’t feel secure at first. Once I was finished, I felt slightly more at ease knowing the gate was there. No one was there to assist me. I tried knocking on the doors for the office and employees only until I just did everything myself. Other than that, very happy with the price and a huge thank you to the employee over the phone who helped me.
