On-site kiosk for customer service, didn't need to buy a lock because each unit is equipped with a lock you control through the app and the price was very reasonable even before the Veterans discount they offer.

Fast efficient new age check in easy and explained well. Feel safe with my belongings there and fully satisfied with service given. Highly recommend this facility. Very pleased and comfortable. All was done virtually and the rep was very professional.

Check-in too long. Storage unit on 2nd floor. No elevator. Had to hand carry boxes up steep stairway.
