Customer service rep was extremely polite and helpful! The gate access was easy to use and there is plenty of room to access the unit! The property and grounds are very clean as well!

My experience at Pioneer Self storage has been great! I made the reservation on SquareFoot on Wednesday night, received a call from Jeff (onsite manager) on Thursday morning confirming my reservation, and moved in that afternoon. When I arrived, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and of my unit in particular. I think Jeff is the kind of manager that takes great pride in his work and it shows. He escorted me to my unit, where the door was already open, and guided me right in. He had all of the paperwork ready to go when we arrived so that only took a few minutes to complete. The facility is fully fenced with a coded access gate and security cameras. I definitely feel like my belongings are in a safe place. And the level of service by Jeff goes above and beyond my expectations.
