everything was ready to go with a lock inside the unit for us to check in at our convenience after we booked everything on line. Super easy to use and the unit is just what we needed.

My experience with Public Storage was great. I wasn’t able go up there the day I talked with them, but the unit I needed they put it on hold for me and allowed me to set up a time to go in. Once I went in the guy(sorry forgot his name) answered all my question. He knew the size I needed and the fact they have an elevator for the second floor units was fantastic. The most important to me of all was the fact you have to have your access code to get in or out or you can down load the app. and use your smart phone for access. I wish you could give them more than 5 stars because I would give them 100 stars. Thanks for making this experience great for me.

I was able to reserve the unit without talking to or seeing a single human. I can also open the gate to enter the facility using just my phone - no need to punch in a code at a keypad. The unit was clean and easy to access. An employee named Kathy I believe called me to make sure I knew exactly how to move in. She was very professional and friendly. I recommend this place.
