The unit was on the back of the property easy to access. It was clean. I liked the gated access. They sold the locks and a cutter to open the box.

This Life Storage facility is clean and looks to be in good repair. The staff (Erica) was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The pricing is much better than my old facility and the facility is much cleaner and in better repair. No broken doors or sagging and broken fences and gates. It was easy to reserve a unit online, fill out the necessary forms and cut down sign in time. I would recommend this facility.

I needed a second storage-locker, climate controlled, for the remaining household items to store in advance of major renovation work at the house. This Life Storage facility located at 3535 Roosevelt Avenue is brand new and sparkling clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. I got checked-in and had my locker ready for use in under 10-minutes. The facility is very well secured. The auto-gates are very fast! The best thing though, is the awesome A/C cooling that they have in those units during these hot summer days. I know that my property is in good hands at Life Storage!
