Nice person in the office. However the storage unit dimensions are incorrect and we're paying for something that's a little bit smaller .. I need every bit of space that I'm paying for. It's short a foot deep going in and hopefully all our things fit . Also the unit we reserved was not a pull up it was down the side so contract had to be re-done and we had to pay a little bit more. Make sure to measure your storage space. Not happy with this but I don't have time to try and find another unit right now.. Highly aggravated!! ð¤
