We offer Climate-Controlled, Standard and Wine Storage units on a month-to-month basis, ranging in size from locker size, to 5’x5′ to 12.5’x30′. We have 126 security cameras at this location. Our Climate-Controlled units are vastly superior to the “climate control” units offered by most competitors. We operate with a much tighter temperature range than most competitors. We also have dehumidifiers in each building that keep the moisture level in the air at the proper level to safeguard your belongings. The A/C units are set at approximately 76 degrees and the dehumidifiers are set at approximately 55 percent relative humidity to protect your valuables from wide swings in temperature and humidity. No Community Self Storage Location Has Ever Flooded! All storage units at this location are accessed from under a covered driveway so you won't get rained on or sunburned while you are moving your valuable items! Modern, super secure facility with alarms on every unit. Our covered driveways will keep your good dry and keep you out of the rain and sun during your move. Our color cameras record to DVRs. Unlike many nearby competitors, none of our facilities have ever flooded! Please note that all our SELF STORAGE rentals require (1) payment of the administration fee, (2) purchase of the REQUIRED INSURANCE PROGRAM that we provide, and (3) provision of a lock (you can bring your own lock or buy one of ours for self storage units). For WINE STORAGE, you must (1) pay the administration fee and (2) purchase one of our wine storage locks; however, wine storage insurance is not required and the insurance coverage that you may purchase from us does not cover wine.
