Reserved online, and was much easier than expected. Great communication from Location to confirm and again the day before letting me know unit was ready. Location was Clean, Flatbed carts at entrance were there and available to use. Thank you for the Great Service.

This location closed at 3 and I ran into the office at 2:58 and the look on the managers face was priceless!! He welcomed and greeted me as if I was there long before closing! He still took his time and explained everything, asked if we had any questions and then walked us to our unit. The best way to test anyone’s CS is to arrive minutes before closing!! This was on accident, but it made me more confident that I had made a great choice in choosing this location and company.
