Was looking for a storage facility closer to home and Whitney was great to work with. Polite, professional and took time to discuss options and walk us to a couple of units to make a decision. We discussed security and locks and safety of the facility. She went over the hours someone was on site to assist if necessary and made it a great experience.

Friendly customer service. Facility is clean except for some bugs which need treating. But this is Texas and the bugs want cool air.
