First, the website is very user friendly. You can do a lot without ever leaving your house! The office staff are very helpful and supportive. On move in day, Karen helped me get paperwork done and it went very quickly and smoothly. She was great. The place is always pretty clean and is very convenient to where I live.

I am very pleased with my storage unit and the price of it. It's a very clean facility and I like that it's very secure and there are free carts to help you move your things to and from the storage unit. The employee that helped get me set up was also very nice.
