Love Walker Storage! Great customer service, amazing units, plenty of dollys, top notch in terms of being a secure location! Owners live on site!!!! Can't recommend them ENOUGH!

Thank you to the owners Lori and... I want to say Mike. They were both very patient with me as I submitted reservations, moved dates, cancelled and finally scheduled the date. They never made me feel like a burden or showed that they were in any way frustrated with me. The hours are convenient (I mean, if you need to get into your storage container at midnight, you should probably just keep that stuff at home anyway... or plan ahead). The facilities are clean and it's easy to navigate with their elevator and readily-available dollies.

Facility looks great and the customer service was fabulous.

The lady at the desk (I wish I remembered her name but so far she always been the one there who helps me) was SO friendly and helpful booking me for my storage unit. She made sure they were open and able to be there at a time that fit my schedule. She also made sure I got the best storage unit for the price and so a big thanks goes to her! I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fabulous welcome from the manager at the front desk. I'm sorry I forgot her name, maybe Lori? She made sure we understood all the details and gave us absolute confidence that this would be the best place to do business with. She was super friendly, informative and welcoming. We have had a great experience because of her. Thank you!
