This was so easy and when I had an issue with the lock, that I didn't install, lol. I was able to speak to the same person, both when I called for help and when she called me back and then called me the next day to make sure I was good. That's how I taught Customer Service as well. 16 years of training! Great Job!!

I had an issue with the lock. I didn’t realize my stuff was not secure. They made sure I understood and helped me through the process. The lady who called me 3 times, was amazing. She called to check on me the next day to make sure everything was ok! I would recommend your company anytime! As I already did!

As a university student, I “move” once a year and finding an affordable storage unit can be difficult, but this option offered great pricing and a deal that other places couldn’t beat. Also, when I did have questions, their customer service reps responded extremely quickly with full and thorough answers.

Clean spacious area. Well suited for my need. Would recommend to others to use. Price was good as well as the discount. Seems to be a safe and secure place for your goods and/or furniture Great place to rent.
