The gate needs to be fixed, we got trapped in the location

Overall good experience and fair prices. The only con I have is having to enter in your password way too much. Putting a pw in to get on and off the elevator is bit of over kill. They could at lest let you off without since you have to put it in to get on. You enter to get through the gate (understandable), then to get into the building (also understandable), but then in the elevator to make it go up or down, and then again to get off the elevator.

From the phone call to the meeting Kelsey in the office to get codes has been perfect! I was unaware that I needed to put a lock on the unit immediately. I received a phone call the next day stating they had put their lock on so no one would move in to my unit. I appreciated the fact that they actually performed lock checks. When I came to place my lock the office staff was helpful and kind. So far it's been a wonderful experience.
