Excellent facility....

I've used a lot of different storage facilities in my days so I know the difference between a good one and one not-so-good. This one is the best. It is large, clean, safe, bright, and convenient. The best part about it is you can drive into the facility and park in front of your unit so you don't have to worry about the weather conditions. The manager Matt is by far the friendliest and most capable person I've ever met. He is polite and knowledgeable. We asked him for recommendations for restaurants, as we just moved to this state and did not know the area at all and he gave us some really great suggestions. Although there are many units there and he must talk to hundreds of people a week, he always remembers me as if I just signed the paperwork yesterday. I love that our unit is so well lit and so easily accessible, and that there are services offered in the office that I've not seen anywhere else, such as package acceptance. I love that it is so easy to get to as well, and having this positive experience has made my move so much more pleasant. Thank you for doing it right!
