I have had items at many other storage units! This gal is efficient, honest and exceedingly patient with my 90 year old mother, who calls often with questions. She always call her back right away.. Whatever you guys pay her - she needs a raise. No comparison to other places. I would not lose this woman there. Thank you Jan!

I have been a user of the Arden location for many years and they have always kept things secure and service simple and reliable. The place is kept clean and carts are always available.
