I’m not a month in yet but customer service was outstanding! She was polite and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable on anything you may need for your storage requirements. The storage facility looked very clean and the size is perfect for my needs. I like that everything is drive up accessible and I don’t have to go to 2nd or 3rd floors. I asked about the plowing in the winter and was told that they plow up to a certain amount of inches of your unit. Let’s be honest, I don’t plan on going to get anything to or from storage on a snowy day anyway so that’s all good for my needs.

Great customer service at a very convenient location. It was well priced and had various sized units available to meet my needs.

Moved in few items yesterday. Lock mechanism is IMPOSSIBLE to use. Opened with some effort, door sticks but to close was ridiculous. Bracket holding door slot is rusted & difficult to put actual lock in. Tried multiple times to push latch into place but couldn't budge it & went to office for assistance. Employee helped to get unit locked but not without a lot of effort. Is there another unit I can move to? Thanks. Sue Forkey

Unfortunately while the customer service was wonderful, I was not happy with pricing as per space. I originally thought I had a 10x10, but it was only a 5x15 which will not fit everything I need to. I am going to have to rent a 2nd space which is entirely out of my budget.
