Extra Space Storage - 4196 - Brooklyn - 17th St

We got there late in the day, about 2 hours before they closed and we had several loads to bring in. The office employee stayed 40 minutes past the time they were supposed to close so that we could finish getting our stuff unloaded. And she was very nice about it. The facility is very clean, and easy to navigate, and she upgraded us to a slightly larger unit when we realized we would have a hard time fitting everything. Good experience overall

absolutely delightful and she answered all of my questions about storage. This is my first time and she was extremely helpful.
