My wife reserved this unit online. When I arrived to sign the lease and verify which unit was ours prior to moving in I realized that they are portable units. They have units indoors and outside. They showed me the unit and told me that hadn't charged me yet, because some people don't realize this is what they are getting. So if you use this establishment understand it is a portable unit. Some of the units are inside so they are heated in the winter. I packed all my things on a Saturday, which is by appointment only, but they were more the flexible on times for me to be there. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

I was able to lease an indoor storage space with a guaranteed rate that was over $100 less than the other storage units in the area. Mary Anne, who works in the office, was really helpful in explaining how it all works. I have never rented a space before and was clueless. Everyone else who I have seen working there have been very pleasant and have helped me to unload . Once my house sells and this all needs to be moved to the new location I will be able to use them to move interstate. a double bonus for me .Be cause, honestly, I'll have enough to deal with at that point. why add looking for a moving company to my job list. I have been noticing how they seem to take care of the other people"s items that are arriving for storage or being packed for a move. It seems like they are being careful and thoughtful. I can assume they will be as careful with packing my house. I really feel like this was just lucky for me to have stumbled upon this company.
