It’s clean, safe, and well lit with security cameras everywhere. Richard and the rest of the staff are very professional, helpful and courteous. The prices are great compared to competitors and although it says that they are not climate controlled , it is very comfortable inside the building where the units are. Monique

Convenient location great prices fast elevators.

Positive: Manager called to answer any questions I may have had, minutes afer setting reservation. When I met with him, paperwork was went over, and he showed me to the unitso I wouldn't get lost. I didn't have the right lock with me, so I left unit unlocked being that there was nothing inside. Short time later he called to remind me, just in case I had forgotten. Negative: office entry signs are confusing. No directions given for what to do if door is locked , and the painted signs as to where to enter were not clearly understood. It was hot out, and nowhere to sit, or any shade to wait. I am disabled and I don't have a car to sit and wait, so that was a bit stressful. Also, gate hours are til 2145 and office hours are to 1800, so unable to use handcarts past office hours. And you have to surrender I. D. To use carts. Office is locked when he does his walk throughs and lunch, and away grom desk for any reason. So , found myself waiting for 30 min the next day, to get my i.d. back so i could leave. Very inconvenient.
