Bearcat Self Storage - Gardendale Ave

My move was quite an experience. When I rented a 2nd storage I was sent to Commission Road and I and my guys that was driving the Uhaul got there an a lock was on the unit I was to rent and then found out this unit was not climate controlled. So I had to make a call to them and someone called back found me a new unit in the area where my 1st one was located.. I am so thankful to the young lady that responded if I'm not mistaken Brittney or Brandy.

I was not aware that unit was indoors I thought it would be outside overhead door Had a hard time getting motorcycle in the unit ! Otherwise all is OK

Andrea( I believe that's her name) was great! She helped me with online payments and I was able to make a payment over the phone after I messed up online payments. She is patient,kind and understanding. She even answered the same question that I asked even after she had already explained it. I truly appreciate her!Ôÿ║´©Å
