Our exceptional customer service is what makes us confident that we stand out from the rest while providing a convenient self-storage solution for your valued possessions. We rent Uhaul moving trucks on-site and offer dollies to help you maneuver your belongings into your unit. - There is a 12.00 utility fee in addition to monthly rent when renting a temperature controlled space -All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase -Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title -37.00 admin fee every rental -Outdoor parking there is an additional 32.00 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable Our promotional pricing is competitive and we will BEAT competitor pricing. We have specials limited to select units and based on availability that give you the first month of RENT free with the 2nd month prepayment All additional fees are due upon move in.
