Kimberly was very helpful, resourceful, and professional. She helped us get things in ordered and get situated in a very stressful time. She was the best, thank you for your empathy and kind words and find the perfect unit to meet our needs, can't thank you enough.

I've had my unit for over 10 years it's always clean and have easy access all year

I paid for a parking spot for my trailer .when I brought my trailer over to the storage lot a couple days later on a Sunday the managers truck and trailer were in the parking spot that I paid for ,so there was no place for me to leave it .the manager gave me her cell number the day I paid for and reserved the spot .I tried calling her several times she wouldn’t answer .I had to take the trailer else where . .her and her district manager refused to refund my money for the spot I paid for which wasn’t made available to me .I would advise people to take there business elsewhere.very unprofessional business.
