Life Storage - 3880 - Waltham - 171 Bear Hill Rd

Although I don't believe the actual unit lives up to the 5' x 5' measurements, I realize they count walls and all that; it's enough for my needs. Mandatory insurance that they provide was a bummer. I have my own insurance I was hoping to use.

There are a lot of things like cleanliness, easy of booking/moving, customer service, etc that are really great at this facility. All of the above made my experience flawless, and I would definitely recommend this facility to others!

Made my reservation on line the lady was very pleasant and informative, sent me to the right location. Before I arrived recieved another call from the location to comfirm my arrival. When I got there there was no waiting the paperwork was easy and quick, took a quick tour of the facility and was done. The manager Ms Julia was very nice and efficient with her job

Life Storage is a beautiful, new facility in Waltham. The friendly staff is eficent, polite and super helpful. Move in couldn't be easier with drive in bays for easy loading and unloading.
