The space we occupy is fine, accessing the space and completing our contract, however, were excruciatingly frustrating. There is no manager on site, and she could not be reached, by us, or the central booking department. The corporate office had to assist us with a mobile contract, which didn't occur smoothly. We have been double-charged for two spaces when we're only renting one, and then, when the contract was ultimately finalized, we were assigned a storage space that was already occupied. This location is very poorly managed, which has a negative impact on the customer experience.
