Maria was great .. we have had a long day after moving and finding a storage so by the time I got to the storage I was very tired and aggravated . But once meeting Maria who treated us more like family then a customer my attitude and all had change all the way around I will recommend to all my friends and family

I was a previous renter at this location but moved out because of continuous rising prices .The location I went to was with the same company and much cheaper but horrible.!! So you really get what you pay for.ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤¦ð½ââï¸ So happy to be back at West Napolean in Kenner..Entire setup of the building is MUCH MORE CONVENIENT. (YOUR SAFETY IS THEIR PRIORITY, BETTER ON PROPERTY SECURITY, All the time BATHROOM ACCESS, MUCH COOLER,CLEANER,SO MANY MORE DOLLIES AND CARTS,And several trash cans for small pieces of trash. All the luxuries the other one didn't have .
