The man who worked there was very friendly. He was honest, up-front, and clearly explained every step of the process. He made sure the unit I was getting was going to be adequate for my needs (I'd reserved a fairly small unit) before we did all the paperwork, which may have been an attempt at an upsell, but came across as him making sure I'd be happy with what I got.

When I went to get the storage unit the gentlemen didn't have the size I reserved however stayed with him cause he was very polite and worked with me on a size bigger. Very pleasant and reasonable.

We had schedule before 6pm they closed at 6pm Manager, was so nice he came after hours and helped us

Extremely swift move-in. The attendant, J D, was very attentive to our needs. All concerns we had were addressed. We used the posted phone number, and was promptly answered. This assured us of any future questions or emergencies will be readily handled. J D personally showed us how to enter facility and also checked the unit to ensure it was clean and adequate for our needs. Thank you for a great experience.
