I give 5 stars for this facility and for Duane who was so nice, kind, informative and helpful. He is also a comedian which I enjoyed. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE who is looking for a place to store their belongings. Its well lit & secure. I wanted a 10 x 10, however, one was not available. Instead I was offered a 10 x 15 for the price of a 10 x 10 which was for $59. I do not believe most places would have done that. But A&M did. When a business does that, that's good business. Customers w/ give good reviews not including word of mouth . A company business w/bloom. Trust & believe that. Kudos to this company.

A&M did nothave the size unit I reserved online so the man I talked with ran A&m and ADDO. He led me to ADDO and rented me a size larger for the same price I would have paid for the smaller unit. I thank you for having people like that in you employment.

Very simple process. I was renting space at a different facility in town and didn't like the constant changeover in Management and the increasing prices. My wife had a storage unit at your facility 20 years ago and recommended I contact you. Was very easy to reserve online and the manager was very kind and knowledgeable. I have already recommended you to a friend.

I had no trouble finding and obtaining a unit for my items. Great experience.
