Stay away from this place! Do yourself a favor and find another storage

I would put 0 starts if I can. They send me a confirmation that my storage is ready. I load my truck and arrived 11:30 am. Office is locked no personal in onsite. Working hours sing on the door says open 9am-5pm. called their number and itâs redirect to third part coordinators. I was told that someone is probably insight will be with me in a few minutes. After 45 minutes waiting and multiple calls, I was told they at lunch and will be back with 20 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and no one showed up. As a meantime, I spoke with a guy loading his truck there. He said his unit has a leak for a month. He called hundreds of time and they have done nothing about it. I left this place after 2 hours of waiting and canceled my reservation on-line. BWT, they never called me back and you cannot reach the manger this place! Got a storage unit from another facility down the street in less when 10 minutes! So, Do yourself a favor and find another storage
