Yes I would recommend this company to anyone. The associate at the Joliet location was very professional and friendly .. I forgot her name but she has short gray hair. She made me feel comfortable and safe with keeping my belongings there. My questions were answered and addressed . I was given informative info to accommodate my families needs. I only have 2 concerns. I wish the storage unit had actual light on the inside and that the hours to go in and out were 24 hrs because I work night shift and could stop by before work and not be limited to trying to get things before 9 p.m ..
